Everyone has each others backs. Like minded yet challenge each other. Always looking to grow and learn. Hard working, motivating and smart young professionals.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
OTE/commission/bonus structure is fair and achievable. However, base pay compared to other companies in the space/markets is still far lower. Especially when you look at the perks of other companies, which arguably play into comp. It feels like pay bumps only happen when roles change v. when earned.
