Hard working, fun, determined, friendly
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Raise based on merit, not solely based on promotion. Personally, I'm a 5 year employee and have only had a raise twice because it's as far as I can go in terms of promotions within my department. It would be nice to be compensated for continued hard work and preservice regardless of title.
