Good people and a good team here. But overall the whole team needs to be more mature especially the local management layer. Also in some way, China is a little bit disconnected from the global team, like product and methodology.

Clear vision about the company, strong investment on the product as well

People here are definitely the driver, especially my MD, always create the positive energy to the team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The commission rate is high enough compared with the market. But people here is not working for commissions only, other responsibility and trust should be reflected in the compensation package.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very good people in the team, only rate 5 due to we need more experienced people in the team who have enough industry knowledge, that is really key. We really need to find ways to improve the retention rate of experienced employees. In that way the team is more mature.
