Lots of highs and lows but the reason I've stayed is because of the vision and culture of the company. We are ambitious and we get to work with incredible people everyday. Structural changes are needed to achieve company goals and have people stay long term. We also need female ED's and/or AD's.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being allowed to explore and lead a new initiatives that I believe will have a positive impact on the business.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Even though we are spread across EMEA, we have a strong sense of identity of who we are as a team and are focused on the same vision of where we want to be. This is lead by our director.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Work overload - people are expected to complete large volumes of work to the highest standard and to always be performing at the top level. The pace can be unforgiving. Base salary of our jobs are much less than those of comparable levels at other companies.
