I joined this company because I wanted to learn about start-ups and entrepreneurship. I felt i would be able to absorb all i needed in two years. I was very wrong in this assumption. Now in my 14th year, I am still discovering new skills, new experiences and new opportunities in the market.

The team consist of high capacity and highly competent members who share the same level of ambition and passion.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Uncapped commission is definitely a big win. Base salaries are still below the market rate, but this is something the company is willing to change with the new management in place.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture has zero tolerance on low commitment and share elbows. Everyone is working towards the same shared goal and having to commit to pacing themselves to the rest of the org
What makes you most happy at work?
We are really moving the market further into digital. It is almost like, Meltwater is helping up-skill many organisations to go into digital space but introducing them the benefits of digital media landscape
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is very solutions oriented and is looking for ways to always strive to improve and be better. This applies for both personal and work related topics. They always are willing to invest time trying to find a solution that will allow both parties to win.
