I've enjoyed the ability to keep challenging myself and do something that is more than just financially fulfilling. I've been here 12 years and the company has been good to me because I feel I have been good to them. It's great to feel appreciated.

Everyone is supportive, and very open to feedback, and when sharing feedback everyone is professional.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like the industry I'm in. I get to work with exiting companies, and exciting departments, and I get to solve interesting problems for them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everybody is fun to work with but very driven and motivated. Working with engaged people means I'm never having to deal with an employee who clearly doesn't want to be there and does not care about the quality of their work.
