I love the company, the product, trainings, events, almost everything except management. I am being demotivated, for example: I need to try hard to get permission to go on my doctor appointment. I can't work from home. I am feeling stressed most of the time.

What makes you most happy at work?
From a company standpoint, I like our solutions and the value it creates and I love working in technology and learning continuously. In addition I love the events we have like digital summit, women in Tech and so on. From people point of view I love working with my teammates.
