at times it's love and hate. From a high-level, I love the software and believe in the future of the company but in the day to day it can feel like upper management has no idea how hard the job is and doesn't do enough to make sure that burnout isn't rampant.

Compared to similar roles available in my market, Meltwater's OTE is low and demand in the role is high

No RRSP matching in Canada, no home office benefits for employees hired outside of a city with a meltwater office

within the Americas roles outside of sales are not paid the market standard. Many people are leaving to receive better pay. Better pay that's in line with the market expectation would make me feel better.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
often it's just too fast-paced to keep up and feel accomplished. there's an acceptance of chaos in the day to day because its impossible to get it all done on a 30 day sale cycle
