Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compared to competitors and other SaaS companies, Meltwater compensation seems on the lower side.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team and the problems we are tasks with solving. I feel challenged every day, and never bored.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Communication of overall company goals and health is amazing! I feel like I have a good picture of what is going on company wide, even outside of my department.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Collaboration, and the safety to fail are the best things about my team. We are comfortable talking through any issues, with the trust that we're all working towards the same goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I'll echo what I said about my team, as it's part of the Meltwater culture, Respekt. No matter what you're doing at Meltwater, someone is willing to help! No question is out of place, and I love that about Meltwater.
