MANAGERS DONT RESPECT EMPLOYEES AND DONT DO MANAGEMNET JOBS. ALSO DONT GET PAID ENOUGH TO BASICKALY RUN THE ENTIRE STORE MYSELF.

Actually managing, doing jobs when associates ask for confirmation of hours or how to do things, and not drinking on the job.
