I wish meetings were implemented. There are many there that don't realize their full job duties because they are not given proper training time.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
1 manager there has been showing signs of being impatient with younger workers and they work so HARD! We are a well oiled machine In Temple. I would hate to see the moral of the team affected by this.
