I've been at Panera for over a year now. I'm a team lead and I train new employees. And even though I've been working here for over a year I still like working here. The managers are all very nice and my coworkers are all fun to work with I really enjoy this job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're all very sweet and nice. Always make sure I'm like feeling well and kind of always check up on us when we're working
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone gets along with everyone and we always help each other if we have any questions or if one of us is behind we help
What did you like most about the interview process?
I like how we were able to talk about normal conversational things as well as how it wasn't scary to do. It was basic questions that I could actually answer and it was basically like a normal conversation
