Horrible and seriously structured on favoritism. Only friends of managers get raises or to be managers. Company allows everyone to treat their workers like trash. No respect for anybody but whoevers in charge.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop leaving everything to one person and just help eachother out. Teamwork vs alone work would be better for us but nobody does anything to help anybody but themselves. Some of our workers like to find things to do away from front of house leaving whoevers there running like a headless chicken.
