What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Not hiring everyone who comes in for an interview
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating the emplyees with appreciation and respect. Allowing employees to feel comfortable communicating their feelings. Not getting high on power
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Being more accepting of the way people feel, not talking about employees behind their back and to their face, the drama between night crew and morning crew, overall the general manager
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers are fun to work with and we all help eachother out. We all support eachother and are there tor eachother even outside of work. Management is not a part of this comment.
