What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Not calling in and leaving the rest of us short

Allowing employees to go to the bathroom when they need to go and not yelling at employees in front of customers
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better management that cares about their employees instead of tearing them down and just replacing them it's better to have continuity of employees that work well together and like coming to work instead of employees staying a short time and moving on it's a waste of training/money
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Improved management that cares about its employees that does not yell at the employees and that pitches in when it's busy and not think they are above their employees. And when there is a drug test you should test the managers as well as they party along some of the employees but don't get tested
