Phenom overall has been a great place to work. I believe in the product ad the people. The areas where I think we can improve are in comp & stock options - it feels as if leadership and CEO do not care about the employees. Our comp is lackluster compared to other places. Communication also is bad.

The people - everyone I have virtually met is very smart, friendly, and willing to help. Everyone is working towards the same goal
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
-better and more frequent communication around sales goals and organizational goals -organizational updates -putting employees first; taking a look at comp, benefit, stock options
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our comp is not up to standard with industry average and especially given all the inflation in the world right now. There is no discussion about raises to address that. In addition, stock options would be very valuable as an employee. We are working hard towards the mission and should be invested
