My experience has been wonderful. It's been challenging and exciting. Yes, there are days that are hard and stressful but it makes for learning experiences. I've been able to advance in my short time here and am looking forward to what comes next

my team is very willing to collaborate and share knowledge. they've also created a very welcoming environment

knowing that i'm making an impact and driving decisions. that i'm constantly striving to be client centric and my voice is heard
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
everyone is so friendly and excited about their job. i also love that we include everyone and have activities that brings people together
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that our leadership team is focused on transparency and also employee health and wellness. This can be a tough job at times and knowing that we have ultimate support is very comforting and motivating
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the unlimited time off- which I definitely underutilize- but it's nice to know we're not constrained to specific times. And that Phenom cares about work/life balance. Also, the new paternity leave model is so exciting and makes me personally feel better about taking that next step in my life
