The product is exceptional and there is good vision for the idea behind the company. There has been growth without solidifying the foundation to make the experience for employees and customers more comfortable through the growth. There is a lot of catch up needed to solidify company operations.

There isn't a clear path for career growth for my current position.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Process improvements to allow for better work life balance across all team. Listening to the issues faced in the day-to-day as well as the ideas brought forward regarding changes for solving issues.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation doesn't match the market value for my position. It's great to hear that the company is growing, especially with each new round of funding that is secured, but there appears to be only investment in product and not employees.
