It's a great place with the growing pains of a growing business. That becomes more challenging if you have a manager who is stuck in old ways. It is hard to be innovative without an innovative leader.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Expectations on performance are very high, especially out of the gate with little job specific training provided before jumping into role due to the growth of the company. Yet for bonuses we are not eligible until after a full calendar year... so if you join after june you get nothing for 18 months
