Having time to think, instead of constantly reacting. It's hard to find that time, especially with 12+ hour workdays.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Implementation projects rely on many siloed teams, often with communication breakdown and quality issues, and have a substantial reliance on tribal knowledge. Many team members are confrontational and treat others poorly or unfairly. Client relationships suffer.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership needs deeper understanding how difficult the implementation process really is. Too many people required; too many quality issues; too much room for communication breakdown; too expensive / too many labor hours for Phenom; continuous over-selling and aggressive schedules promised by sales.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

We need to closely examine whether we are staffed appropriately. There are many, many spinning plates and not enough people to keep them spinning. As a result, things come crashing down. Staff is getting burned out, clients are upset, and we will begin to see turnover within the company.
