I love Phenom. I love feeling like I cab be myself with anyone that I interact with on any level within the company. I appreciate feeling like I am respected and my opinion is highly valued which I get from all of my Phenoms!

I'm most happy when I'm able to help my customers achieve their goals while working successfully within our cross teams.

We support one another, we are collaborative and we have fun outside of work. we share the same life pains at times.

I like that I have accessibility to my leadership team and can make input and impact on important decisions for our company and customers.

For as stressful and "ambiguous" Phenom can be, I always feel the collaborative spirit across multiple teams to get to the finish line and support each other.

When I can help support my team to be better or learn something new. And equally when I can give my customers what they need and want.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very smart and efficient. We always manage to find the funny or bright side even in the most complex and trying situations. We are all very savvy at implementations and accept feedback on ways to improve willingly. We interact very well in and out of office.
