I finally found a company that appreciates my quirk. it makes it easier to get up in the morning and I look forward to starting work. The enthusiasm is infectious and I believe in our product. I really think Phenom is a unicorn job. The kind you hear about but never get to experience. I'm lucky.

There isn't a weak link. Everyone works hard. We also laugh together all the way up to management

Resolving issues and closing cases. Sounds corny, but doing that means we made someone's work go that much smoother.

Annual Raise/Bonus, 401k matching depending on our performance (AWESOME!!) I miss the edible perks we had in the office SO much

We are really starting to work as a team, and working on streamlining our process, documenting everything and making everyone's job a little easier.

They don't keep us in the dark. I feel like my input has worth They are always working on improving our experience, and I appreciate that.

Transparency. I appreciate that the reasons behind decisions are explained, it helps us understand where your head's at, and makes change a lot more tolerable, and sometimes exciting

It's ok to be human. As long as you're not making the same mistake over and over, it's an opportunity to improve, be it yourself or in the product.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Once they're reinstated, the raises/bonuses are a huge weight off my shoulders. Our medical packages are the best I've had They're always coming up with different perks and benefits, too
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel like my managers see what my strengths are and are really providing me opportunities to use them in a way we all can benefit. It makes me want to do the best work I can do for the team and for the company
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I can honestly say I feel like my company cares about ME, the person. I'm not just a number or an ass in the seat. I have a purpose, and a personal goal. Also, the attitude of the founders inspired me to work on myself personally too. I never had a job that did that before.
