I feel like I work for a company that enables me to do my best and gives me the tools and knowledge to do just that. I think my leaders are kind and hardworking. It penetrates down to the rest of the company for sure.

They clearly are making decisions and rules to keep the team happy and moral high everyday
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The Unlimited Sick days. It feels like I finally work somewhere that doesn't penalize me for being human.
