There is no doubt that Phenom is fast growing firm. If we follow process in work, I assume we will get more success. Process is nothing but discipline. Because of lack of process, few people are making wrong commitments to customers. This is causing very tight schedules and pressure on the teams.

Drastic improvement in the process and it's continuation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
As the front liners we as a team is the best and we are dedicated and responsible for every tenant live Eg: If actors do not perform well in Cinema, whatever the best team running in the background will go down.
