Lot of pressure pretty much all the time. and everything has to be done in a day !

There is nothing so called a culture atleast in India office. Would be better if we start embracing it.

Invest more in giving good machines to developers. Give few benefits for employees other than just the mediocre medical insurance.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
just the normal component. not much tax benefit scheme, not a food card nothing, not a gym reimbursement thing. nothing
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
There is no something called as a culture per se atleast in India office. So maybe start from removing the hardware bias that mac is only for PDE-III and above. A hardware machine cannot be a scale to measure.
