i joined phenom 3 months back, firstly HR team they guiding me through out my joining process impressed by their welcoming me to phenom & second my team members my lead & manager's who always guides me through each & every situation and helping to improve myself when ever need, thank you phenom.

my team members always give me full support even ever i needed. its more that enough to describe my team members.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
in my team i have never felt alone at any time, i always got backup from my team, lead and manager. i am always thankful for them
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
i was really touched by my team welcoming me to phenom and i have never though i will be having these kind of supportive team and management guiding me every time.
What makes you most happy at work?
simple things makes me happy, a fun talk with my leads and managers while have KT seasons and appreciation towards my efforts will always boost my energy to work with more confidence.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
few new comers to the team are not up to syncing with the team but they want to be in lime light with other help and troubling other which is not a good behavior, to and fro communication is much needed to be a good team player.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
when i compared me with myself from past few years i was not being paid for my experience and knowledge i gained my pay is always depending on my previous salary which is not considering the knowledge i gained through my experience, when compared to market i think i am always underpaid through out..
