I walked away from bonuses and commissions to come to Phenom, with the promise that I'd make more money here. I've made significantly less money, and with the structure of pay (I encourage our HR team to review all state laws about commission payout terms), it takes too long to get paid. I'm dying.

Beyond the obvious diversity issues, it seems as though management does not have faith in those they hired to perform their jobs, resulting in an abundance of micromanagement.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our entire implementation process is so painful, that it takes a very long time for Phenom to repair that relationship after go live-- even though our product brings tons of value, our outsourced implementation doesn't leave room for relationship building and leaves a lasting distaste.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel very undervalued when I am being asked to do things to help the company go public, being told it will happen soon, but yet, I have no stake in the company. What is my motivation for helping the company do so? I do not benefit.
