Overall the experience has been pretty good. But the company values don’t always trickle down to the department or employees. Whether intentional or not, long work days and/or weekends are highly encouraged and expected and PTO seems to be discourage

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are lacking overall strategy and plans from leadership. Trying to do too many things at once where everything is important and there is no direction on priority from the top. It is very chaotic.
