Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Across all teams it should fall in line with competitors and obviously the industry. For example paying an AE in subsequent years for a 3 year deal is unacceptable; standard is to pay the rep the full attainment of the deal. Their job is to sell! Pay them for it. Pay others to keep!
