Overall, the culture is great. But there is no operational oversight. No processes, and no consistency in delivery to clients. To keep saying "we're a tech company and that's the way it is" to highly matrixed orgs, doesn't work. There's too many points of contacts for clients and that's frustrating
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think Mark Landwer is doing a great job with customers and being consultative. Honestly, processes seem prematurely executed without case studies or piloting to see if it even works. A lot of things have seem to be doing more harm than good.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There is a lack of structure and process, and the biggest gap is communication. No training provided outside of shadowing team members and running into things as they come up. I'm lucky if I get a response from anyone on any other team - HUGE disconnect internally.
