BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD OF MICHIGAN: I love my team. But corporately leadership needs to understand the inner workings and stop focusing on the bottom line. Satisfied employees are THEIR customers and they've lost that focus.
Tuesday Morning: Incredibly disorganized, no efficient logistics from a corporate standpoint - company would rather allocate MORE tasks to store management, without adequate pay for the amount of responsibility they place on a store-level.
