Knowles: I started out at the bottom counting metalized standoffs 20 years ago. I have had every opportunity to cross train and learn all that I can about the different departments within the company and worked my way to production supervisor. The company has a real "family" feel to it.

Knowles: Novacap and the Knowles corporation have been excellent for me. Really happy to come to work and help the train move. Very happy with all management level at Knowles. Wish I could go see other sites of Knowles to learn and give/take knowledge.
