Its more like Grown as long as not to much training is needed. It's very hard to advance in this company with a decent pay wage.

Encore Capital Group: The leadership team that stepped in over the last two years were a poor choice and it shows. I wish the old leadership had stayed to lead us to success and not failures.

GE Vernova: GE is a good brand and a solid company that makes money which gives it a currency to progress in a changing world. There is not currently a clear plan to spend that currency. It pays well and is broadly meritocratic, but there is still too many cooks in the kitchen which leads to bureaucracy.

RealPage: They hire very talented, qualified, hardworking people, only to disempower, infantalize, and severely micromanage those same qualified people. I was excited for work each day until it broke my spirit. The main plus is fantastic coworkers - making it more of a shame to watch them quit one by one.
