Pegasystems: Exciting, diverse, each day is different
Pegasystems: Pega is sometimes described as a 38-year-old startup. I think that's accurate. The technology is proven, but the company is constantly innovating and growing. This creates opportunities within the organization to take on new roles and grow professionally.
Pegasystems: I work with a great team. However, in IT there's still a lack of women in managerial positions. Leadership has indicated they're working on improving the diversity, but it will take time, apparently.

RaceTrac, Inc.: Employees are expected to do the amount of work that would normally pay minimum $15/hr while being paid $11.25/hr. It’s exhausting, draining, and physically demandin

Elsevier: Sensitive to employee concerns; respected; work-like balance; pragmatic in setting goals; values customers and employees equally well; opportunities to learn and self-develop.

Team-work, inclusion, diversity and respect are values enforced and carried by everyone who work at Pega.
Pegasystems: The team I'm part of has a very positive culture but the overall company culture is still being defined. It's improved a lot in the past three years for sure and become more inclusive, but would like to see more women, people of color, and non Americans in C-suite and leadership roles.

Invesco: They provided a quick response time.
Elsevier: I recently started a new position at Elsevier after working in the same department for 20 years. That department is undergoing some reorganization, thus cutting our staff. I was able to find a new role in a different group at Elsevier. Besides this, I've had a very positive experience.
Qorvo: Get the highest pay. The raises are way below the cost of living each year. Medical premiums continue to rise by 25 to 45 percent. Does not cover the raises that you get each year.
