Not because we did not want change, but because their was no where to change too. Now it seems that their is more flexibility to grow. Its just learning what i

LNRS seems to want to grow a person as a whole, where as Accuity was not like that.
We have all been together for decades or more and for the most part most support each other and we are like family.

Increases based on merit not generic %. When you make under 30k a 2-3% increase is NOT a lot and not enough to keep up with the world around. All employees need their pay rate evaluated. in my office alone we have over half of my team with 15+ years at same job because of no advanc. opportunities.
