I have loved my experience at Elsevier. I think the work we do is effective and important to put out into the world. I love that our work actually helps people. My favorite thing about this company is the people. Everyone is so nice and welcoming and I could not ask for better people to work with.
What makes you most happy at work?
Talking to my coworkers and meeting new people at the company. Also, doing work that adds to the company's success and getting positive feedback.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think that with the PTO policy and flexibility about where we work provides a wonderful work life balance which in turn, makes my work stronger and delivers better results.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Every single person that I have met in this company is so nice and willing to help and answer any questions I have. They have been an extremely warm and welcoming presence from my first day to now.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to care about me as a person and want to get to know me. They take an interest in the kind of work I do, but also in how they can best guide me and support me to provide the best results.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is always there to help me. They make sure I know that I have their support in whatever I need and in my work. They have made me feel welcomed from my first day and have made the transition into this role so smooth. They are wonderful!
