What is the best part about your compensation package?
I enjoy the 401k company match and all of the mental health benefits. I appreciate all of the different options for benefits and the ability to cater the plans to my own personal needs.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone enjoys their work and pulls their weight. They all want their team members to succeed and are happy to help answer any questions. Everyone has been open and kind and happy to help in any way they can.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone is incredibly kind and invested in the people they are working with. My manager and those in the HR department have been helpful, professional, and personable. I enjoy feeling like an asset and a valued member of the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is welcoming and engaging. There is a lightness and sense of enjoyment that is showcased in everyone's work. There is optimism and positivity and there seems to be a sense of feeling supported in many aspects which allows for better work and professional relationships.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to work at my own pace and the feeling of being supported as I learn my new role. I never feel that I am a burden to another team member. I feel like others want me to succeed and that I will be trained to be successful.
