Spectrum only care about numbers. Employees that work for Spectrum/Charter are real people with real situations going on. If the company cared for their employees more, Staff would thrive way more and not feel drained to come to work because they feel they have to not because they want to.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because as an employee I don't feel like a person at work I feel like a robot who is suppose to only produce numbers to keep customers subscribed. Sometimes we have to do other employees job without the proper compensation. I think it should be fair.
