7-Eleven Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

all of it to be honest

Not utilizing benefits at this time

The wages are the best part

Review from Customer Success Dept

Don't have one with my job posting

I like all of it

The best part is that we get everything in the package

Review from Sales Dept

All of the options they have for you to choose from

The pay is farily good

I have a job to go to. Many don't these days

This is the first job that has ever given me pto

Health insurance is not that bad

The Benefits are the best part.

Coverage for, medical insurance , dental , and vision are decent

Medical Insurance & Good Wages

I dont know if I have one.

Nothings really the best, its nice ti have it

How affordable the packages are.

So far just the insurance.

Paid time off good benefit

It's OK but could be better

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Id like the problems in the company to be handled accordingly

The manager doesn't communicate and doesn't manage the store as it should be

A raise and health insurance would be nice

7-Eleven underpays many of its workers with how much they want the workers to do. The amount of work expected to be done is insane and they expect it to be done by 1 person everyday.

Review from Sales Dept

Direct management plays favorites doesn’t hold accountable and no communicati

To have a manager that knows what she is doing. And treats employees equally

I can never get not one person to do they job who I talk ty

Better manager working in the store

Yes! A raise would've helped especially after all I have done during my time there and what I am willing to do. I felt as if I am more reliable than management mostly

Review from Sales Dept

People at my job always want me to come In an help out but they will leave me by myself in a heartbeat

Better benefits / better bonuse.

I would say a pay raise

I was hired as an assistant manager for a less than the average pay, I managed employees who were being paid more than while being told I had a raise. This lasted for six months. Then I became acting lead for another six months with constant promises of a real promotion that never came.

The managers were rude. Training is horrible.

Because my manager isnt a good manager and makes it hard to work here

I'd like to know more about stock equity

Breaks and talk to your employees better

Yes i feel undervalued bc this store is being run my middle age women who are stuck in there teens mentally

I left the company abruptly because pay does not equal the amount of hours put into maintaining certain stores. 80-90hours weekly sometimes for 43k a year.. plus area leader errors causing me to lose earned bonuses did not help me feel appreciated.

Nothing he could literally treat people better, but he won't
