The assistant manager is amazing she knows what she is doing. Customers and the team like her, she explains herself and gives directions.
Respecting their employees and treating their employees like people
Actually managing and being grateful to the people that actually work
COMMUNICATION!!! Also have realistic policies and the executives that make all the rules and policies need some actual hands on experience.
The work we do is not worth the pay at all and since i work in a franchise store the owners pay what they want it would be nice to get a raise every year without asking for it or waiting a while year to get a 50 cent raise also it would be nice to get holiday pay at least on major holidays

An increase on compensation to coincide with job responsibilities.
Id like the problems in the company to be handled accordingly
Everybody has to do there job

Some of the workers are good but most of them are lazy and don't care. I guess they can't be fully blamed because since 7-Eleven mistreats its workers then the workers shouldn't have to care about 7-Eleven.

If someone is ill or has a family emergency they could cover or exchange shifts
We need more hands on directives and more disciplinary action for failure to follow through with assigned tasks. We also need to have a staff meeting at least once per month- currently we have none. Ever.
You need 2 people on each shift in the metro area.
The company should embrace the positive things happening in most stores. Listen to the people working in the stores, making the money that supports the company. Work to support the stores rather than punishing them for imperfections.
A manager to give direction and notice the employees that actually worked
Better training for the store manager
Problems need to get resolved, more communication and everyone do what they are supposed to do
Firstly, you should treat your employees with respect.
Language barriers, hire some good managers who can speak clearly
I would like people to abide by contracts
Someone who knows how to conduct interviews
Higher standards would be a good start
Have more questions instead of just hire someone of the block with no training thrown straight to the wolfs
Treat it seriously it's your job
