Overworked and underpaid. Mandatory overtime & weekends with mediocre pay does not translate into supporting employee family environments. There is also blatant favortism among store management, as well as area management. Not a good culture to support career growth.

Everything needs to be better. It could be a great place with the right aupport
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If you sell half a million dollars for them, you cap out at 3k for bonus throughout the entire year.
