There is a winning attitude as a team everyone wants to be part of the best Lumber Yard in Michigan. We have some heated conversations and are able to maintain a supportive, positive team oriented culture.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together to take care of customers, the sales team sometimes sales depending on what the customer needs are. We share product and industry knowledge with each other and customer intel.. If someone work load is too much and another person can help, we typically will help one another.
