Even though I dislike the way things are run above me, I do enjoy the ownership, I love the family private business model, I enjoy the people I work closest too as well.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It all goes back to the leadership over the department and the requirements by the current leadership which is unrealistic

It was more of a meeting not an interview. My talents were already known to the folks interviewing me

My personal 4-5 guys that work in my area are amazing, hardworking dedicated people who love to laugh but buckle down
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Undervalued due to the efficiency and knowledge I bring to the company with me. To be truly appreciative 20-30k more per year
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Rebuild the upper management with people knowledgeable with the services my team deserves. Get rid of the waste within upper management and raise the pay of the lower level employees as well as make openings in management available to the area the demand is at
