The shaving policy needs to be taken away. Nobody should be forced to shave. Beards gottes have nothing to do with the work produced by employees and to be discriminated by having one and be seeing want home for not shaving is wrong

I've been working for the company for a years and to have new people hired at the same pay rate is insulting and then to turn arounand have to train them is a slap in the face
