Started out well and went downhill fairly quickly. Talent Acquisition Portland leadership is awful! Sr Mgrs have no experience and the former Director didnt either. Its a joke of a place to work. Dysfunctional and clique environment. HR team is atrocious. Police officer mindset.

Stop agreeing with everything coming top down. Stop being complacent.

Politics and far leftist agenda allowed to be centric to decisions. Its a very sick culture.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Turn the sr leadership team in TA and retail Field Leaders; Directors and Sr Director are awful. Turn Field HR department.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Fire everyone in TA is Portland starting with the Sr Recruiting Managers. Most are micromanagers who have never led teams. Turn the HR field team! They are violating laws and dont even know.
