Adidas has a nice campus however you will need to carry your office on your back everyday as there is no assigned seating. The work life balance they sell you on does not exist. Most days you will be lucky to find time to eat depending upon what area you work in.

Promote work life balance and do what they commit to. If you commit to Friday with no meetings. Don't put 6 meetings on our calendars every Friday. Do what you say you will do. That creates trust and will motivate staff
