Terrible communication, does not follow through with promises about bonuses; was supposed to get a bonus of 1 to 2 thousand for being an employee for a year, a month after my 1 year mark I learned that they changed that policy last minute and are giving a 100 dollar gift card instead.

Nice and friendly people for the most part
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Usually pretty good, with the exception of general managers, they seem to always be a bit extreme and hard to be around in the work environment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
After working here for a year and learning more and being able to do more than most other associates my pay has not and will not be adjusted accordingly.
