I have worked at Aires for a very long time; this is my home and I love Aires.

I like the bonus the best!

Bonus program based on company performance. In addition, working from home is a great benefit as well.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that there are more things that I am responsible for outside of my actual role that should be taken into consideration when it comes to compensation.

As we have scaled as an organization, our pay scale has not adjusted to that growth. As a mid-sized company, I believe we need to evaluate our pay and adjust to the complexity of clients, higher volume, and organizational requirements.
