Again as i previously stated it's without a doubt the brotherhood that is formed with my coworkers.

I like that the leadership team takes the initiative, and always goes above, and beyond. Also they always have impeccable strategies to get us the profits required
What are some of the best things about your team?
When you work at Allstate there is this sense of brotherhood you'll develop within a few years and once this feeling overwhelms you, you'll never want to leave.
