Good luck getting promoted. Pay is terrible especially if at all tenured. New employees can start at 17 but when tenured folks asked about a raise, we were told we're lucky we don't make min wage

There is nothing good with this company since some leaders left and others were fired

0 communication. Things change everyday and on a whim. 0 structure, they'll work you like a dog and keep telling you it's not good enough
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Only BDI questions which anyone can lie about. No one cares what you do/did and if you don't have a specific example for the incredibly specific question, you're screwed
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
PTO used to be good but now it's very hard to take a day off. Better not have more than 3 unscheduled days or "day is full" with a max of 4 out on a team of 40+ or you'll be fired
